Our "concierge" told us it's PH Denvo. However, no one knows where that is. And it's actually called "PH Denovo", aka, "Rausch", aka "Hotel Esplendor".

This is the overpriced restaurant "Rausch" whose sign sits in front of the building, confusing everyone. Despite this, it's always empty.
